By accessing or using this Website or any Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
Our Services are offered for spiritual, educational, and informational purposes only. You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully and not to disrupt or interfere with our operations or security.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or legally able to enter into a contract. If using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
3. No Medical or Psychological Advice

4. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds
- Your monthly subscription includes three remote healing sessions (25 minutes each).
- The first month is offered at an introductory rate of $18.
- You may cancel at any time during your first month. If you cancel within 48 hours after the second session, you may request a full refund.
- If you continue, your subscription renews automatically at $78/month starting in your second month.
- Once your monthly payment is processed and session access is provided, no refunds will be issued.
- You may cancel any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
- No renewal reminders are sent prior to the charge.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Eternal Ascent LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternal Ascent LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
