Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Sessions
All free Sacred Fire Shoki Healing sessions are offered at no
charge. No payment information is collected, and nothing renews
automatically. Because no payment is involved, no refund applies.
If you have registered for a free session and no longer wish to
participate, no action is needed — you may simply not attend.
If you would like to be removed from the registration list or
stop receiving emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the
link in any email, or contact us via the Contact Form.
Membership (Beginning September 2026)
Sacred Fire Membership is a monthly subscription. It is billed
each month and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep access for the
remainder of the period you have already paid for. No partial
refunds are issued for unused time within a period.
Refunds
If you cancel within seven days of your first payment, and no
live session has taken place during that time, we will refund
that first payment in full. Contact us and we will take care
of it.
After that period, payments already made are not refunded.
If a session cannot be held
If a scheduled session cannot take place, it will be rescheduled
or replaced. You will be notified by email.
Founding rate
The founding rate of $27 per month is open through December 31, 2026.
From January 1, 2027, membership will be $36 per month.
Members who join at the founding rate keep $27 for as long as
their membership continues without interruption. If a membership
is cancelled and later restarted, the rate in effect at that
time will apply.
Free sessions continue
Free sessions remain free and are open to everyone, including
members. There is no obligation to move from the free sessions
to membership.
